eSIM Compatible Smartphones
Many of the best smartphones support dual SIM, including the latest Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Apple iPhone, and other major brands.
(If your device model does not appear on our list, please check the manufacturer's official website to confirm whether it supports eSIM technology.)
*The following Apple devices DO NOT have eSIM capability:
- iPhone devices from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao (except iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS).
- Apple Watch are currently NOT compatible.
*For iPhone and iPad purchased in TURKEY:
- If you set up your device for the first time after June 23, 2020, your eSIM activates after setup. Contact your carrier if eSIM is not activated.
- For devices set up before this date, follow instructions on this link to activate eSIM. The procedure may require erasing your device data – make sure to backup beforehand.
*Only iPad devices with Wi-Fi + Cellular capability are supported (except devices purchased in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao).
*The following Samsung Galaxy devices DO NOT have eSIM capability:
- All Galaxy devices from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao.
- All Galaxy FE "Fan Edition" models, except Galaxy S23 FE.
- US models: Galaxy S20, S21* and Note 20 Ultra.
*Most Samsung Galaxy devices purchased in South Korea do not support eSIM, except Galaxy S24, S23, Z Fold 5, Z Fold 4, Z Flip 5, Z Flip 4, and A54 5G variants.
*eSIM for Galaxy A54 5G may vary depending on country/region and carrier. Please contact your carrier or device manufacturer to confirm that your Galaxy A54 5G device is eSIM-capable.
*Galaxy S21 series devices (excluding FE models) from Canada and the US may support eSIM with One UI 4 update. Please contact your carrier or device manufacturer to confirm that your Samsung device is eSIM-capable.
*The following Google Pixel devices DO NOT have eSIM capability:
- Devices originating from China, Hong Kong, and Macao do not support eSIM functionality.
- Pixel 3 models from Australia, Taiwan, and Japan, as well as those purchased through US or Canadian carriers other than Sprint and Google Fi.
- Pixel 3a models purchased in Southeast Asia and through Verizon carrier.
eSIM Compatible Smartwatches
Many of the leading smartwatches support eSIM functionality, including the latest Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and other major brands.
eSIM Compatible Tablets
Only a limited number of tablets support eSIM technology. In general, newer iPad models with cellular connectivity include eSIM, while WiFi only versions do not.
(For Samsung devices, eSIM support is currently limited to the latest Galaxy Tab S9 models with cellular capability.)
eSIM Compatible Laptops
Many Windows laptops are compatible with our eSIMs, including models from Dell, Acer, HP, and other major brands.
*For Windows 10: Your PC needs to have Windows 10 version 1703 or later for you to use an eSIM. The device also needs to be LTE-ready. *Surface: Any AT&T-locked devices will not support eSIMs. If your device was purchased through another carrier, the carrier may have disabled eSIM capability in the Surface Duo. Please contact the carrier to confirm. *Devices originating from China, Hong Kong, and Macao do not support eSIM functionality.
