Refund & Return Policy (eSIM Products)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all eSIM purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

When you purchase an eSIM from eSIM Prime, the eSIM profile and activation details are generated and sent to you digitally immediately after purchase. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for eSIM products.


Exceptions – When We Can Help

While eSIMs are non-refundable, we are fully committed to helping you in case you experience any issue, including:

  • eSIM installation problems
  • Activation issues
  • Network or connectivity problems related to the eSIM
  • QR code or activation code errors

Our technical support team will investigate the issue and provide the best possible solution, which may include:

  • Troubleshooting and step-by-step assistance
  • Re-sending installation details
  • Replacing the eSIM if a technical fault is confirmed

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incompatible or locked devices
  • User error during installation
  • Failure to enable data roaming
  • Device does not support eSIM technology
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Partial or full data usage

We strongly recommend checking device compatibility before purchasing.


European Union Customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once delivery has started and the eSIM details have been provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the eSIM is delivered immediately and waive your right to withdrawal once delivery begins.
